Together, they go on problem-solving adventures in their backyard to help their animal friends. <em>The Chicken Squad<\/em> will premiere on Disney Junior and DisneyNOW with two back-to-back episodes on May 14.<\/p>\n<p>A digital soundtrack, <em>Disney Junior Music: The Chicken Squad<\/em>, featuring the theme song and music from the series, is also set for release on May 14 on Walt Disney Records.<\/p>\n<p>Joining the previously announced lead voice cast\u2014Yvette Nicole Brown (<em>Captain Tully<\/em>), Ramone Hamilton (<em>Coop<\/em>), Gabriella Graves (<em>Sweetie<\/em>) and Maxwell Simkins (<em>Little Boo<\/em>)\u2014the recurring guest voice cast includes Tony Hale (<em>The Mysterious Benedict Society<\/em>) as Frazz, a nervous squirrel; Jane Lynch (<em>Glee<\/em>) as Dr. Dirt, a forensic scientist snail; Melissa Rauch (<em>The Big Bang Theory<\/em>) as Dinah, the chicks&#8217; mother; Sean Giambrone (<em>The Goldbergs<\/em>) as Riley, a gruff packrat; Malcolm-Jamal Warner (<em>The Resident<\/em>) as Lt. Scruffy, a retired firehouse dog; and Melissa Villase\u00f1or (<em>Saturday Night Live<\/em>) and Zack Pearlman (<em>Dragons: Race to the Edge<\/em>) as Wheeze and Snick, mischievous raccoon siblings. The guest voice cast for season one includes Rachel Bloom (<em>Crazy Ex-Girlfriend<\/em>) and Chrissie Fit (<em>Pitch Perfect<\/em>) as Rebeecca, a nervous honeybee, and Quilla, a friendly porcupine, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The Chicken Squad was developed and is executive produced by Tom Rogers (<em>Elena of Avalor<\/em>). Humanitas Prize and Emmy Award winner Rachel Ruderman (<em>Sofia the First<\/em>) is co-producer and story editor; Tony Trujillo (<em>FarmVille 2<\/em>) is art director; Emmy Award-nominated Elliot M. Bour (<em>Elena of Avalor<\/em>) and Scott Bern (<em>Puppy Dog Pals<\/em>) are supervising directors.
