Sinking Ship Entertainment has acquired the global distribution rights outside the U.S. for Alma\u2019s Way<\/em>, a new animated series produced by Fred Rogers Productions for PBS Kids.<\/p>\n

The series was created by actor and writer Sonia Manzano, who played Maria on Sesame Street. Aimed at viewers ages 4 to 6, Alma\u2019s Way follows 6-year-old Alma Rivera, a proud, confident Puerto Rican girl, who lives in the Bronx with her parents and younger brother, Junior, as well as a diverse group of close-knit and loving friends, family and community members.<\/p>\n

Forty half-hour episodes, showcasing different aspects of Latino culture through music, food, language and more. Alma\u2019s Way<\/em> is slated to debut in fall 2021 in the U.S. and will be available to international buyers via Sinking Ship soon after.<\/p>\n
