CAKE has signed an agreement to distribute the new 2D animated preschool series Tish Tash<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Aimed at 3- to 5-year-olds, Tish Tash<\/em> is being produced by South Korea’s Studio Gale, Singapore-based August Media Holdings, Philippines media group Synergy88 Entertainment and U.K.-based Karrot Entertainment. CAKE will be introducing the title at MIPCOM following on from the series\u2019 premiere on EBS in Korea on September 28.<\/p>\n

The 52×5-minute show follows the adventures of a young bear called Tish, her bear family and her larger-than-life imaginary friend Tash, as they learn about the world around them. No matter what troubles they face\u2014be it surviving long, boring car trips or helping Tish\u2019s baby brother not to be too sad about losing his favorite toy\u2014these special friends can create new worlds around themselves, embarking on fun adventures while inspiring imaginative play and problem-solving in young children.<\/p>\n

Ed Galton, CCO and managing director at CAKE, said, \u201cTish Tash<\/em> has huge potential\u2014a fresh take on what it\u2019s like to have an imaginary friend, something most children have experienced and can relate to.
