Chris Dicker, Lena Byrne and John Reynolds have teamed up to launch a new venture, Sow You Entertainment, a production company that acts as an original-ideas incubator, specializing in children\u2019s and family content.<\/p>\n
The new startup has secured a development deal with a global streaming partner and is in discussions on a variety of other projects. These span preschool, kids\u2019 and tween projects, as well as a limited TV series concept, all at various stages of development.<\/p>\n
Dicker, creator of Amazon Prime\u2019s Jessy and Nessy<\/em> and co-creator of Nickelodeon\u2019s Becca\u2019s Bunch<\/em>, will showrun as well as executive produce, alongside Byrne. Reynolds will be responsible for all commercial activities, including the financing of the development and production slates, through to the management and exploitation of the company\u2019s IP across all platforms.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are in the business of ideas and ideas never stopped during lockdown. That\u2019s when we came together to form this new company,\u201d said Dicker. \u201cWe see Sow You as a place where both ideas and talent come to grow.
