Arnold Schwarzenegger has entered into an agreement to become a significant investor in Genius Brands International.<\/p>\n
Schwarzenegger, who is starring in and co-producing the animated children\u2019s series Stan Lee’s Superhero Kindergarten<\/i>, has elected to receive warrants to purchase shares of the company\u2019s common stock as an advance against his profit participation in the show. Any further payouts will likely be in the form of cash payments.<\/p>\n
Created by the late Stan Lee as one of his final projects, Stan Lee\u2019s Superhero Kindergarten <\/em>is co-produced by Genius Brands with China\u2019s Alibaba Group, Lee\u2019s POW! Entertainment and Schwarzenegger\u2019s Oak Productions. Schwarzenegger, who also serves as executive producer, lends his voice as the lead character in the series.
