UYoung has launched Ukids, a new, safe one-stop service of global children\u2019s programming for families in China.<\/p>\n
The SVOD service and dedicated kids\u2019 app contain curated content chosen for its educational value, ranging from STEM, arts and crafts and nature to socioemotional programming. Ukids features more than 3,000 episodes of animated content, available in both English and Mandarin. Among the titles on the platform are Peppa Pig<\/em>, Bob the Builder<\/em>, Fireman Sam<\/em>, Thomas & Friends<\/em>, Bitz & Bob<\/em>, Octonauts<\/em>, Sesame Street<\/em>, Hey Duggee<\/em>, Messy Goes to Okido<\/em> and some BBC documentaries.<\/p>\n Brand-new content, such as Moon and Me<\/em> and Love Monster<\/em>, will be regularly added to the service through updates. More than 1,000 songs and audio stories are available as well. UYoung has partnered with Skyship Entertainment to exclusively feature a collection of their children’s songs and shows on Ukids.<\/p>\n The platform\u2019s interface and user-friendly experience features parental controls and is designed to encourage preschoolers to get excited about learning and features support for English learning. A Little Classroom section highlights the educational value of kids\u2019 animated series, consolidates age-appropriate programming and aims to nurture learning habits. The English Education Zone features four stages of learning for children to progress through, from Beginner to Master, classified by the British Council\u2019s team of English-learning experts.<\/p>\n Ukids is available on OTT, iOS, Android mobile and tablet.
