Set on the planet of Eternia, it will see a young lost prince discover the powers of Grayskull and transform into He-Man before battling it out against the evil villain Skeletor.<\/p>\n<p>Bryan Q Miller (<em>Arrow<\/em>, <em>Smallville<\/em>, <em>Sleepy Hollow<\/em>) will serve as story editor on the series, which will have animation services provided by House of Cool and CGCG (Trollhunters). <em>He-Man and the Masters of the Universe<\/em> marks the second collaboration between Netflix and Mattel Television, joining the previously announced 2D anime series <em>Masters of the Universe: Revelation<\/em> with Kevin Smith.<\/p>\n<p>Fred Soulie, senior VP of content distribution and business development at Mattel, said: &#8220;<em>Masters of the Universe<\/em> is one of the most iconic global franchises of all time, with a 30-year history and a passionate fan base.
