Nickelodeon, in participation with Safe Kids Worldwide, is spreading the word about the importance of taking steps to ensure kids\u2019 safety through PAW Patrol Safety First!, a brand-new prosocial campaign.<\/p>\n
Launching today, November 7, the multiyear program will focus on water safety, fire safety and road safety. Olympic gold medalist and water safety advocate Michael Phelps will serve as PAW Patrol Safety First!\u2019s global water safety ambassador.<\/p>\n
In support of the PAW Patrol Safety First! multiplatform campaign, Phelps and the Michael Phelps Foundation will share swim safety tips utilizing core principals of the foundation\u2019s programming featuring the PAW Patrol<\/em> pups. The PAW Patrol Safety First! campaign will also co-host a water safety event in the spring of 2020, featuring Phelps and the Michael Phelps Foundation.<\/p>\n Additional on-the-ground safety events will be held in cities around the world, with tentpole events planned in Arizona and New York, as well as in Mexico. The campaign also includes custom PAW Patrol<\/em> branded safety guides that feature tips from Safe Kids that educate kids and families about water, fire and road safety.<\/p>\n PAW Patrol<\/em> was recently renewed for a seventh season on Nickelodeon. The CGI-animated series, produced by Spin Master Entertainment, follows a pack of heroic rescue pups\u2014Chase, Marshall, Rubble, Skye, Rocky, Zuma, Everest and Tracker\u2014who are led by a tech-savvy boy named Ryder.
