It is the first nationally distributed children\u2019s series in the U.S. to feature a Native American lead character.<\/p>\n<p>Each episode of the series, produced by WGBH Boston, includes two 11-minute stories as well as interstitial content\u2014including live-action segments featuring real children and regions in Alaska.<\/p>\n<p>At MIPJunior, PBS International will unveil their growing kids\u2019 catalog featuring more than 1,000 engaging stories\u2014from the long-running <em>Arthur<\/em> series, which tackles universal kid problems, to classic episodes of <em>Mister Rogers\u2019 Neighborhood<\/em>, as well as <em>Pinkalicious &amp; Peterrific<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are proud to bring <em>Molly of Denali<\/em>, the newest in a long line of successful PBS KIDS series, to MIPJunior and we are excited to continue growing our catalog with the amazing stories PBS KIDS creates for children around the world,\u201d said Tom Koch, VP of PBS International.<\/p>\n<p>Linda Simensky, head of PBS KIDS content, noted: \u201cAt PBS KIDS, our mission is to create shows that are both smart and funny.
