Reporting into Chustz will be VNCP\u2019s international creative team of graphic designers, character artists, product designers, creative strategists, writers and project managers.<\/p>\n<p>Chustz, a 12-year Nickelodeon veteran who previously served as the company\u2019s senior VP of franchise creative strategy and planning, will continue to report into VNCP President Pam Kaufman in his new position. Prior to his role in consumer products, he served as senior VP of creative strategy for multiplatform content. He first joined Nickelodeon as VP of brand marketing and creative for TeenNick (formerly &#8220;The N&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p>Kaufman said: \u201cOutstanding creative execution is one of VNCP\u2019s key strategic pillars, and David has been an incredible leader in developing and executing our \u2018Every Age, Every Aisle\u2019 creative strategy around the world.
