Zodiak Kids,\u00a0a part of Banijay Group, is set to produce Flatmates<\/em>, a brand-new comedy-drama for BBC iPlayer, as well as a further season of Secret Life of Boys<\/em> for CBBC and ABC ME.<\/p>\n

Flatmates<\/em> follows the lives of a group of young people as they take their first uncertain steps into adulthood. Coming to grips with the next stage of growing up, the group wrestles with the expectations and anxiety of trying to fulfill the \u201cMillennial Dream.\u201d The 10×30-minute youth-targeted series will launch this month on BBC iPlayer.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the BAFTA-winning series Secret Life of Boys<\/em> returns for a fourth season with another 10×22-minute run for broadcast on CBBC and ABC ME, launching on CBBC in fall 2019. Creator and lead writer Anthony Q. Farrell (The Office<\/em>) is executive producing the show, alongside Trevor Klein and Zodiak Kids Studio Creative Director Steven Andrew.<\/p>\n

Season four picks up with 16-year-old Ginger having adjusted nicely to living in the U.K. She starts the summer on a mission to travel across Canada with best friend Heath. Robbie decides to refocus on his band, which is going on a tour through Germany. With Ginger and Robbie away, the series introduces some new characters.<\/p>\n

Zodiak Kids own international distribution rights to both series.<\/p>\n
