Medford has been tapped as VP of current unscripted series at Nickelodeon, where he will oversee a slate that includes the upcoming music competition <em>America\u2019s Most Musical Family<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to Rob Bagshaw, executive VP of unscripted content, Medford will operate out of Nickelodeon&#8217;s Burbank headquarters. His role includes managing the creative production process for unscripted content across all platforms.<\/p>\n<p>His experience includes casting and producing such series as <em>America\u2019s Next Top Model<\/em>, <em>Project Runway<\/em> and E!\u2019s upcoming <em>The Funny Dance Show<\/em>. He began his career in front of the camera, including roles in the BBC soap\u00a0<em>EastEnders<\/em> and a range of stage productions.<\/p>\n<p>Bagshaw said, \u201cPaul\u2019s extensive experience in film, theater, television and music, together with his reputation and passion for unscripted content makes him an invaluable asset to Nickelodeon.
