Episodes will also be available on the same day on DisneyNOW.<\/p>\n<p><em>Big Hero 6 The Series<\/em> is based on Walt Disney Animation Studios&#8217; Academy Award-winning feature film <em>Big Hero 6<\/em>, and it continues the adventures of the characters from the movie. Fourteen-year-old tech genius Hiro, his robot Baymax and their friends Wasabi, Honey Lemon, Go Go and Fred form the Big Hero 6 superhero team, and they embark on high-tech adventures throughout their city. Season two of the series will see Hiro and the Big Hero 6 team in upgraded super suits as they take on a variety of innovative villains, bio-engineered monsters and high-tech robots.<\/p>\n<p>The series boasts a star-studded voice cast, including Maya Rudolph as Aunt Cass, Ryan Potter as Hiro, Scott Adsit as Baymax, Jamie Chung as Go Go and Stan Lee as Fred\u2019s dad, among a slew of others. Season two will see guest voice appearances from a variety of performers, including Nestor Carbonell (<em>Bates Motel<\/em>), Isabella Gomez (<em>One Day at a Time<\/em>) and Ben Feldman (<em>Superstore<\/em>), among others.<\/p>\n<p>A trio of shorts, illustrated in a watercolor style and featuring Baymax and Mochi, will begin to roll out on Tuesday, May 7, across Disney Channel, DisneyNOW and Disney Channel YouTube.
