Based in Toronto, they will report to Jerry Diaz, DHX\u2019s VP of distribution.<\/p>\n<p>McCartney will oversee client relationships for CEE, Poland, Russia, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, the Middle East and Africa. She has been with DHX for seven years and previously held the position of senior manager of client operations.<\/p>\n<p>Lugo will handle distribution sales for Latin America, Brazil, Ireland, the U.S. Hispanic market, local U.S. digital and in-flight.
