The maximum contribution provided to a project funded through the program must be less than C$525,000 ($397,000) or 75 percent of the project\u2019s eligible costs. The CMF will contribute two-thirds of the funds, while the Shaw Rocket Fund will provide one-third.<\/p>\n<p>Applications for financing through the CMF-SRF Kids Digital Animated Series Program must be submitted to SRF by April 10.<\/p>\n<p>Valerie Creighton, the CMF\u2019s president and CEO, said: \u201cAt the CMF we believe great partnerships achieve great results. We have established partnerships with several Canadian and international funds to leverage expertise and pool resources. We\u2019re delighted to now partner with Shaw Rocket Fund to draw on their expertise and boost kids\u2019 programming on digital platforms.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Agnes Augustin, president and CEO of SRF, added: \u201cThe incredibly tech-savvy Generation Z is constantly exploring digital platforms to find new content that speaks to them. By partnering with the CMF, we\u2019ve been able to develop an exciting investment program that will stimulate the creation of original animated digital content for kids.
