The ThinkTank Emporium and Treason Media have joined forces with children\u2019s author Sylvia Medina to develop an animated comedy series for the 6-to-12-year-old set.<\/p>\n
Titled The World According to Dave<\/em>, the series will center on an imaginative 11-year-old, who finds an alien device called the Imagin-Atrix that brings his wildest daydreams to life. With the Imagin-Atrix, Dave and his friends embark on adventures through their favorite comics, video games, movies and more. But every time they rewrite the world, they have to overcome a challenge to reset the Imagin-Atrix.<\/p>\n The concept for The World According to Dave<\/em> was inspired by the imaginative play-activities of Medina\u2019s young son. It’s becoming a series through a partnership between Medina, ThinkTank Emporium’s David Wollos and Canadian television writer Aron Dunn.<\/p>\n \u201cIt is indeed a pleasure to be working with Aron once again on this uniquely original animated family concept,\u201d said content\/licensing consultant Wollos.<\/p>\n Dunn said: \u201cWhen David and Sylvia brought me the idea for Dave<\/em> I instantly wanted to be a part of it.
