The new feature will be available later this month through Virgin Media\u2019s V6 set-top box, powered by TiVo.<\/p>\n<p>My Virgin TV Kids\u00a0will use advanced technology from\u00a0zone\u00b7tv to personalize programming as kids choose what to watch or skip, developing recommendations based on their favorite themes, characters and programs. Kids will have access to a range of shows, including <em>Teletubbies<\/em>, <em>Bob the Builder<\/em> and <em>Caillou<\/em>, when they enter the VOD channel through the Virgin TV programming guide. My Virgin TV Kids marks the first European launch for zone\u00b7tv.<\/p>\n<p>David Bouchier, the chief digital entertainment officer at Virgin Media, said,\u00a0\u201cMy Virgin TV Kids\u2019\u00a0intelligent and personalized playlists, powered by the technology of\u00a0zone\u00b7tv, are a genuine innovation for a pay-TV platform. This represents the latest smart technology and combines it with the functionality of an online playlist and quality TV to deliver a unique experience for Virgin TV customers.
