Cyber Group Studios USA has launched content development and direct-to-consumer operations and named two senior executives at its office in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

The content development and direct-to-consumer operations are part of parent company Cyber Group Studios\u2019 overall expansion plans. Ira Singerman joined the company as the VP of development and will be responsible for a slate of new TV projects and other animated content that will be developed in North America.<\/p>\n

Singerman will work with top talent and use the creative resources offered by the company\u2019s Paris-based animation studio. He previously held similar roles with Spin Master Entertainment and NBCUniversal Kids & Family.<\/p>\n

Richard Goldsmith, the president and CEO of Cyber Group Studios USA, commented, \u201cWe are always looking for the next great series for kids, but a major focus of our new development pipeline will be well-known intellectual properties and strategic partnerships with toy companies. Ira has the perfect background to achieve our goals.\u201d<\/p>\n

In addition, Jessica Hogan was named manager of direct-to-consumer operations. She will oversee the company\u2019s business with platforms reaching consumers directly with video-on-demand content and print-on-demand consumer products, as well as a new, branded OTT platform for kids.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are really excited to be able to reach kids and parents directly with our library of successful animated series, many of which have never been seen in North America,\u201d added Goldsmith.<\/p>\n

Pierre Sissmann, the chairman and CEO of Cyber Group Studios, noted, \u201cWe established the office in Los Angeles to continue the organic growth of our businesses and to meet our objective of being a truly global company.
