Turner has teamed up with Africa Animation Network (AAN) for the FupiToons Film Festival, the first “made-in-Africa” animated film festival for children between the ages of 2 and 12.<\/p>\n
Four shorts from this year’s Cartoon Network Imagination Studios drawing contest will debut at FupiToons before they appear live on Cartoon Network across Africa on December 11. The titles are Llama Drama<\/em> from South Africa’s Maia Janse, Smarter Phones<\/em> from South Africa’s Zo\u00eb-Jane Mans, The Great Escape<\/em> from Nigeria’s Dida Bafor and Attack of the Slug Monster<\/em> from South Africa’s Katlego Khambule.
