The company will develop dedicated promotions and create a line of apparel, toys and back-to-school products.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Da Wakkere Muis (Amsterdam) signed on as a licensee for\u00a0<em>Geronimo Stilton: Kingdom of Fantasy<\/em>. Da Wakkere Muis is the publisher of\u00a0Atlantya\u2019s\u00a0<em>Geronimo Stilton<\/em>\u00a0book series and its spin-off\u00a0<em>Geronimo Stilton: Kingdom of Fantasy<\/em>\u00a0books. Beginning in November, Da Wakkere will pursue partners for games, rewriteable activity cards and more. The company previously represented and created the same products for the <em>Geronimo Stilton<\/em>\u00a0classic brand.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWestern Europe has turned into a key territory for our overall European licensing plans; this region hosts a variety of companies in food and textile categories with\u00a0multi-territory possibilities, offering an enormous amount of new product potential,\u201d noted Marco Piccinini, Atlantyca\u2019s licensing manager. \u201cOver 4 million copies of the books have been sold to date and [this number] continues to grow in addition to the success of the animated series currently being broadcast.
