The committee will be chaired by Donald Wright and includes Elizabeth Beale and Geoffrey Machum. The news comes on the heels of DHX releasing its fiscal 2017 results, with revenue of $298.7 million, down from $304.8 million last year.<\/p>\n<p>DHX Media&#8217;s board of directors will fully evaluate appropriate strategic alternatives while simultaneously supporting the company\u2019s management and employees in their ongoing efforts to deliver children\u2019s content and license brands around the world.
