He first joined Nickelodeon in 2003 as VP and manager of Nicktoons. Earlier in his career, he was a producer at Fox News Channel.<\/p>\n<p>Dawkins will start his new position at The First Tee on October 16 as incoming CEO, and he will officially become CEO upon the retirement of Joe Louis Barrow, Jr. on January 1, 2018.
