Xilam has appointed two new licensing agents to represent the animated property Oggy & the Cockroaches<\/em> in the U.K. and the Middle East.<\/p>\n

Brand Focus will manage the licensing program in the U.K., while 20tooLicensing is handling L&M in the Middle East. The agents will rep Oggy<\/em> across all consumer-products categories and brand promotion.<\/p>\n
