The hit children’s sitcom So Awkward<\/em>, created by Julie Bower and produced by Channel X North, is set to premiere its 13×30-minute third installment\u00a0on CBBC in the U.K. next month.<\/p>\n

Season three continues the story of\u00a0three socially awkward friends, Lily, Martha and Jas, as they\u00a0make their way through secondary school. In 2016, So Awkward<\/em>\u00a0was\u00a0nominated for a BAFTA Children’s Award in the best comedy category. The show has been\u00a0renewed for a fourth installment.<\/p>\n

Jim Reid, Channel X\u2019s director of programs, commented: \u201cWe can\u2019t wait for viewers to see what\u2019s in store for the three friends in the third [season].
