DHX Media has licensed 615 half-hours of content to Virgin TV for streaming in the U.K. and Ireland, and TV3 Ireland for linear broadcast.<\/p>\n
A total of 30 titles from the company’s\u00a0catalog have been licensed on a non-exclusive basis. The agreement includes seasons 15 through 19 of Bob the Builder<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0nine specials; seasons 6 through 9 of Fireman Sam<\/em> as well as three specials; the first five installments of In the Night Garden<\/em>; seven Air Bud<\/em> movies; and the DHX Media original animated series\u00a0Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs<\/em>.<\/p>\n Wiebke Hoefer, DHX Media\u2019s senior director of sales for Germany, Switzerland, France, U.K. digital and multi-territory digital, remarked: \u201cWe\u2019re thrilled to have signed our third and largest deal to date with Virgin TV, reinforcing our position as a go-to provider of kids\u2019 content to the world\u2019s top SVOD and linear broadcasters.
