The fundraising event sees nurseries and parents arrange their own walks for preschoolers across\u00a0the country. Since\u00a0<em>Teletubbies<\/em> became involved this year, there has been a 33 percent increase in the number of nurseries and parents signing up.<\/p>\n<p>Charlotte Hill, the senior brand manager at DHX Brands, commented: \u201cWe\u2019re delighted to be supporting the Barnardo\u2019s Big Toddle this year. <em>Teletubbies<\/em> celebrates play, love and laughter, so working with the U.K.\u2019s biggest and brightest event for children under five is a natural fit for the brand and our young audience. The response from nurseries, communities and families has been fantastic, and we hope it\u2019s the most successful year to date with lots of money raised for Barnardo\u2019s.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Vivienne Martin, product manager at Barnardo\u2019s, added: \u201cBarnardo\u2019s is proud to be celebrating The Big Toddle\u2019s 20th anniversary with the fun-loving <em>Teletubbies<\/em>, making this year more colorful than ever before. We have over 5,600 nurseries and parents holding their own Big Toddles to raise money for vulnerable children across the U.K.\u2014that\u2019s a staggering 1,400 more than last year!
