Studio Hari\u00a0is producing a second installment of the animated series Grizzy and the Lemmings<\/em>, which is slated to air on a number of channels\u00a0around the globe\u00a0in 2018.<\/p>\n

France T\u00e9l\u00e9visions ordered a 78×7-minute sophomore season of Grizzy and the Lemmings<\/em> for France 3, where the show\u00a0debuted a few months ago. The second installment was also presold to Turner for broadcast worldwide on Boomerang, where it premiered late last year,\u00a0as well as to T\u00e9l\u00e9-Qu\u00e9bec in French-speaking Canada.<\/p>\n

Tiphaine de Raguenel, the director of youth activities at France T\u00e9l\u00e9visions, commented: “Grizzy and the Lemmings<\/em> reinvents the codes of slapstick comedy and enchants our audience\u2014young and older\u2014since the beginning of the year. So it\u2019s a real pleasure to cooperate with one of the most talented French animation studios to launch a second season. With its endearing heroes and its stunning graphic universe, season two will raise the excess of gags and madness even further.”<\/p>\n

Cecilia Persson,\u00a0the VP of programming and content strategy for Turner EMEA Kids, Acquisitions and Co-Productions International, said: “We got on board with Grizzy<\/em> in the early stages of development and the result was a fantastic show, which matched perfectly with Boomerang\u2019s DNA. We\u2019re happy to be partnering with Studio Hari on season two and bringing Boomerang audiences across the globe more adventures and antics from these hilarious and lovable characters.”<\/p>\n
