Nicola Andrews, a former Gaumont Television exec, has been appointed as senior sales and commercial director for the recently announced children’s division at Keshet International (KI).<\/p>\n
Based in London, Andrews will report to\u00a0Keren Shahar, KI’s COO and president of distribution. She will oversee the company’s sales and commercial operations within the kids’ and family genre, including acquisitions, co-productions and worldwide sales. Andrews previously served as VP of distribution at Gaumont Television. She has also worked for Cineflix Rights, BKN New Media, Sony Pictures and Carlton International.<\/p>\n
Shahar remarked: \u201cNicola is joining KI at a very exciting time, as we continue to expand the business and diversify our content. With her unrivaled expertise and excellent relationships, I have no doubt that she is just the person to establish KI as a formidable competitor in the kids’ content market.\u201d<\/p>\n
