Xilam Animation has elevated Fran\u00e7ois-Xavier de Maistre to the post of executive VP of organization and human resources.<\/p>\n
In this new role, de Maistre will lead recruitment strategies, optimizing in-house organization and management, as well as forecasting for future positions. He will also continue to head up Xilam\u2019s corporate communication division, which he has overseen since Xilam Animation entered the stock market in 2002.<\/p>\n
Since joining the company in 2000, de Maistre has worked alongside CEO and Founder Marc du Pontavice in creating the marketing department, developing the corporate brand internationally, growing the company\u2019s merchandising activity and diversifying revenue sources. He has also developed several licensing activities for Xilam\u2019s key shows and produced and launched a mobile app for Oggy & the Cockroaches<\/em>, which has had more than 2 million downloads in France alone.<\/p>\n Du Pontavice said, \u201cFor 17 years F.
