The initiative involves screenings, activity pages, hands-on investigations, <em>Splash and Bubbles<\/em> character appearances and more.\u00a0<em>Splash and Bubbles<\/em>, which airs daily on PBS stations nationwide, encourages children to explore ocean science and marine biology.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, <em>Help Our Kelp<\/em>, a new digital game, invites kids to keep a kelp forest healthy by cleaning invasive species such as sea urchins from the environment. The game is available online and on the free PBS Kids Games app.<\/p>\n<p><em>Splash and Bubbles<\/em> is also available for free on PBS Kids digital platforms. The show is a production of The Jim Henson Company and Herschend Studios. The series is executive produced by Lisa Henson and Halle Stanford of The Jim Henson Company, Julie Phillips and Merrill Puckett-Miller of Herschend Enterprises, and John Tartaglia, Michael Shawn Lewis and Jill Shinderman.
