The Pok\u00e9mon Company International has appointed Wicked Cool Toys as the master toy licensee for the Pok\u00e9mon brand, beginning in July 2018.<\/p>\n
Wicked Cool Toys will have the rights to manufacture and market action figures, play sets, plush, role-play items and other toys based on the hit Pok\u00e9mon animated series in worldwide markets, excluding regions in Asia where the brand is managed by The Pok\u00e9mon Company. Wicked Cool Toys will begin developing the Pok\u00e9mon line immediately, with the first products expected to arrive at retail locations in fall 2018.<\/p>\n
In addition, The Pok\u00e9mon Company International has become a strategic investor in Wicked Cool Toys and will have a seat on the company\u2019s board of directors. The new partnership will allow for enhanced collaboration in the development of Pok\u00e9mon toys.<\/p>\n
