ATLANTA: Time Warner’s Turner and Warner Bros. have teamed up for a new standalone domestic premium video subscription service called\u00a0Boomerang that is slated to become available in the U.S. this spring.<\/p>\n
Boomerang will provide instant and exclusive access to new original animated series, including Warner Bros. Animation’s Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz<\/em> and Wacky Races<\/em>, as well as such animated classics as Scooby-Doo<\/em>, Tom & Jerry<\/em>, The Jetsons<\/em>, The Flintstones<\/em> and Bugs Bunny content. New programming will be added on a weekly basis. This marks the first time that Turner and Warner Bros. have offered the Hanna-Barbera, Looney Tunes and MGM animation libraries of over 5,000 titles on a streaming platform.<\/p>\n Boomerang will include such product features as family profiles, personalized recommendations, download-to-go, Spanish audio and more. The ad-free OTT service will be powered by applications and technology developed by Warner Bros. Digital Networks’ DramaFever.
