TORONTO: Corus Entertainment’s Nelvana has inked a development deal with Grey Matter and United Talent Agency (UTA) to produce the tentatively titled preschool series Happy Art Happy Life<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Happy Art Happy Life<\/em> is based on the works by Miami artist Romero Britto. The character-driven sketch show, about a well-dressed bulldog who paints and sculpts, uses a combination of live action, animation and remote videos to introduce children to the world of visual arts. It is being executive produced by Grey Matter\u2019s Lawrence Grey and Ben Everard, and penned by Emmy winner Judy Rothman Rof\u00e9 (Madeline<\/em>).<\/p>\n
