{"id":11800,"date":"2017-02-15T10:14:56","date_gmt":"2017-02-15T15:14:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvkids\/cbeebies-orders-series-from-andrew-davenport\/"},"modified":"2017-02-15T10:27:07","modified_gmt":"2017-02-15T15:27:07","slug":"cbeebies-orders-series-from-teletubbies-creator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvkids\/cbeebies-orders-series-from-teletubbies-creator\/","title":{"rendered":"CBeebies Orders Series from Teletubbies Creator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LONDON\/LOS ANGELES: CBeebies has commissioned the original new preschool show <em>Moon and Me<\/em> from Andrew Davenport&#8217;s Foundling Bird and Sutikki, Bento Box Entertainment&#8217;s new kids&#8217; and family arm.<\/p>\n<p><em>Moon and Me<\/em>, which marks the first production from Foundling Bird and Sutikki, was created, written and produced by Davenport, co-creator of <em>Teletubbies<\/em> and creator of <em>In the Night Garden<\/em>. The 50&#215;22-minute series tells the story of the special friendship between two characters from very different worlds. It is\u00a0slated to begin airing on CBeebies early next year.<\/p>\n<p>Sutikki is the\u00a0primary production, merchandising and non-U.K. distribution partner for <em>Moon and Me<\/em>. Pre-production has kicked off\u00a0at multiple locations in the U.S. and in the U.K.<\/p>\n<p>Davenport said: \u201cI\u2019m thrilled\u2014over the moon\u2014at this commission from CBeebies to create an innovative preschool series that will honor the heritage of our previous work together.
