ATLANTA: Cartoon Network has elevated seasoned development execs Curtis Lelash and Tramm Wigzell to senior VP of original series.<\/p>\n
In their new positions, Lelash and Wigzell will co-head the original series group, where they will expand the channel’s portfolio of original video and multiplatform programming. The pair will work out of Burbank under Rob Sorcher, Cartoon Network’s chief content officer.<\/p>\n
Lelash was hired by\u00a0Cartoon Network in 2005 and most recently served as VP of comedy animation, charged with the development and ongoing supervision of the channel’s animated comedy series. Wigzell previously served as VP of multiplatform.
