{"id":11328,"date":"2016-11-21T10:16:58","date_gmt":"2016-11-21T15:16:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvkids\/eone-unveils-plans-for-pj-masks-lm-in-france\/"},"modified":"2016-11-21T10:23:56","modified_gmt":"2016-11-21T15:23:56","slug":"eone-unveils-plans-for-pj-masks-lm-in-france","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvkids\/eone-unveils-plans-for-pj-masks-lm-in-france\/","title":{"rendered":"eOne Unveils Plans for PJ Masks L&amp;M in France"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LONDON: Entertainment One (eOne) is slated to launch <em>PJ Masks<\/em> merchandise in France, where\u00a0France TV Distribution (FTD) has been appointed as licensing agent.<\/p>\n<p>FTD will oversee the consumer products program for <em>PJ Masks<\/em> in France. eOne and FTD are currently working on the launch of\u00a0<em>PJ Masks<\/em> merchandise in the country, with toys becoming available\u00a0at mass-market retailers and toy specialists from January 2017. Additional categories, such as\u00a0footwear, will begin rolling out in fall\/winter 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Giochi Preziosi will distribute Just Play\u2019s master toy line, which includes action figures, play sets, vehicles, plush, dress-up and role-play items based on <em>PJ Masks<\/em>. The animated preschool series\u00a0currently airs in France on Disney Junior and France 5.<\/p>\n<p>After the toy launch, the merchandise program will be expanded in fall\/winter 2017 as Royer introduces <em>PJ Masks<\/em>-themed footwear. ATM is on board for back-to-school accessories and will roll out its line\u00a0from 2018. Other\u00a0partners will\u00a0be announced soon for apparel, accessories, games and puzzles.<\/p>\n<p>Ami Dieckman, the head of international licensing for eOne, commented:\u00a0\u201cThe property\u2019s French heritage means that France is a key European territory for <em>PJ Masks<\/em>. Response from both local and international trade has been phenomenal and we look forward to welcoming a premium licensee list in 2017.
