Expands L&amp;M Presence in Europe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NEW YORK: 4K Media\u00a0has\u00a0signed new licensing agreements that will see\u00a0<em>Yu-Gi-Oh!<\/em>-branded products begin to roll out\u00a0in Europe at the end of this year.<\/p>\n<p>P. &amp; R. Permissions &amp; Rights\/Prava i prevodi will launch\u00a0stickers and promotional sticker albums in Q4 2016, with artwork developed from the <em>Yu-Gi-Oh! GX<\/em>, <em>Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D\u2019s<\/em> and <em>Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL<\/em> series. The\u00a0items\u00a0will be released in such Eastern European markets as Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia and Macedonia.<\/p>\n<p>Sakami Merchandise is launching\u00a0plush toys based on characters from the <em>Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters<\/em> and <em>Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V<\/em> series at\u00a0specialty retailers and hobby shops early next year. The toys are geared toward\u00a0both younger boys and avid collector\/gamers in many European territories.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEach new installment of the <em>Yu-Gi-Oh!<\/em> franchise, either the television series or feature films, attracts another layer of licensing partners to the brand,\u201d said Jennifer Coleman, the VP of licensing and marketing at 4K Media. \u201cThe synergies between our broadcasting, licensing and retail partners continue to enliven and invigorate consumer demand, keeping <em>Yu-Gi-Oh!<\/em> top of mind for fans around the globe.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs <em>Yu-Gi-Oh!<\/em>\u2019s broadcasting partner for Eastern Europe, it made perfect sense to leverage our publishing expertise in offering collectible <em>Yu-Gi-Oh!<\/em> stickers and sticker albums based on the characters that are appearing on our network,\u201d noted Prava i prevodi\u2019s Nada Popovic.<\/p>\n<p>Sakami Merchandise\u2019s Ronny Wolf added:\u00a0\u201cSakami Merchandise is a new company specializing in the manufacturing of plush toys based on popular Japanese anime and manga, so of course <em>Yu-Gi-Oh!<\/em> was at the top of our must-have list. We\u2019re very excited to employ a two-tier approach to the distribution of the <em>Yu-Gi-Oh!<\/em> plush toys, offering a plush Yama Yugi from the first <em>Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters<\/em> series for the older \u2018collector\u2019 fan concurrent with the introduction of a plush Yuya Sakaki from the newer <em>Yu-Gi-Oh!
