She will build on the company&#8217;s\u00a0existing growth in those areas while also identifying new licensing opportunities as it\u00a0develops partnerships and projects across both regions.<\/p>\n<p>Guti\u00e9rrez Cillero previously worked for Biplano Licensing, where she served as hardlines category manager across the gift, back-to-school, electronics, beauty and cosmetics categories. In that position, she identified new product categories for licensing opportunities and potential partners to pitch and evaluate within each category.<\/p>\n<p>Guti\u00e9rrez Cillero commented: \u201cMondo TV is widely admired for the strength of its offering across both television and licensing and this is a very exciting time in its development. This is the perfect opportunity to bring my experience in pan-European licensing to a wider stage. I am looking forward to it immensely.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>La Macchia added: \u201cJulia\u2019s background and expertise make her ideally suited to help Mondo TV in its continuing growth in the key regions of Spain\/Portugal and Latin America.
