The 52&#215;5-minute program is meant for little ones between the ages of 2 and 5. It was created and developed by director\/producer Steve Smith and author\/illustrator Leigh Hodgkinson. CAKE is\u00a0handling the global rights outside of Japan.<\/p>\n<p>Ed Galton, the chief commercial officer and managing director at CAKE, commented: \u201c<em>Tolibob<\/em> is a fun, unique concept that shows children how to create characters using shapes, patterns and their imagination. With a terrific award-winning team behind it, we are sure it will be warmly received at MIPCOM.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Beakus&#8217; Smith added: \u201c<em>Tolibob<\/em> is a show with creative play and imagination at its heart.
