PARIS: Cyber Group Studios has appointed seasoned executive Raphaelle Mathieu as the VP of sales, acquisitions and new media, following the departure of Marie Cong\u00e9.<\/p>\n
Mathieu recently served as general delegate of the French SEDPA, the professional union of French audiovisual distributors for all genres, including live action, factual and documentaries, and\u00a0animation. In that role, she negotiated distribution agreements with the French government and all industry players.<\/p>\n
Prior to that, Mathieu was the head of acquisitions and sales for Zylo, a French audiovisual company. Mathieu was also a co-founder of Daydream, a TV and feature animation production company. She also co-founded Timing, the first company to structure financial packaging in France by assisting fiction and animation producers with the completion of their financing plans. Mathieu also co-founded and still serves as the general secretary of MediaClub, which includes more than 800 audiovisual professionals.<\/p>\n
