The singer-songwriter joins previously announced stars such as Uzo Aduba (<em>Orange Is the New Black<\/em>), Emily Blunt (<em>Into the Woods<\/em>, <em>Gnomeo &amp; Juliet<\/em>), Kristen Chenoweth (<em>Rio 2<\/em>, <em>The Peanuts Movie<\/em>), Taye Diggs (<em>Murder in the First<\/em>, <em>Best Man Holiday<\/em>), Michael Pena (<em>Ant-Man<\/em>, <em>The Martian<\/em>) and Liev Schrieber (<em>Ray Donovan<\/em>, <em>Spotlight<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p><em>My Little Pony: The Movie<\/em> is being scripted by Rita Hsiao (<em>Toy Story 2<\/em>, <em>Mulan<\/em>) and <em>My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic<\/em> writer Meghan McCarthy.
