FMK will handle the television distribution and licensing rights for the shows in all territories, excluding Thailand.<\/p>\n<p>Rick Glankler, the president and general manager at FMK, said: \u201cWe are delighted to be partnering with Shellhut Entertainment to create some outstanding content for the Asian market and beyond. This new deal sees FremantleMedia Kids &amp; Family expand its global production capability and moves the division towards becoming one of the most active and successful Western kids&#8217; and family entertainment companies working in the territory.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Jwanwat Ahriyavraromp, CEO and founder of Shellhut Entertainment, added: \u201cWe are thrilled to have FremantleMedia as our partner, and also to manage the worldwide distribution and licensing for our new TV series.
