Factory and Studio 100 Film have signed an exclusive agreement to distribute the new animated feature <em>Blinky Bill: The Movie<\/em> in North America.<\/p>\n<p>Shout! Factory has picked up the exclusive North American distribution rights for <em>Blinky Bill: The Movie<\/em>, including theatrical, broadcast, VOD, digital and home-entertainment rights for cross-platform releases. The company is planning to launch the film\u00a0across multiple entertainment platforms through Shout! Factory Kids.\u00a0The movie, which follows the adventures of the titular koala, is\u00a0produced by Studio 100&#8217;s Flying Bark Productions in Australia.<\/p>\n<p>Patrick Elmendorff, the CEO of Studio 100 Media, remarked: \u201cFollowing the continuing success of <em>Maya the Bee: Movie<\/em> and with the multi-picture deal for our upcoming <em>Maya the Bee<\/em> feature-film series already in place, we are delighted to announce the distribution agreement for the North American market for <em>Blinky Bill: The Movie<\/em>. We are thrilled to partner with Shout! Factory again. They have demonstrated great expertise in distributing feature films.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Melissa Boag, Shout! This new animated feature is an exciting addition to our library of new family movies.
