The 52&#215;11-minute series is being penned and developed by BAFTA\u00a0winners\u00a0James Lamont and Jon Foster (<em>The Amazing World of Gumball<\/em>). It is being executive produced by Andrea Gorfolova and Frank Saperstein for Tricon, with Camilla Deakin and Ruth Fielding producing for Lupus Films. Tricon International will handle the property&#8217;s global distribution and rights management.<\/p>\n<p>Ruth Fielding, co-founder of Lupus Films, commented: \u201cWe are extremely excited about <em>My Big Red Head<\/em>. James Lamont and Jon Foster are a brilliantly talented comedic writing team and they\u2019ve created a wonderful world and cast of characters who demonstrate just how hard it can be growing up in modern America when your family isn\u2019t quite the norm!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Frank Saperstein, the executive VP of Tricon Kids &amp; Family, added: \u201c<em>My Big Red Head<\/em> is instantly relatable to anyone with a family or who is trying to fit in while still being true to themselves.
