Additionally, Canal Panda licensed <em>Sunny Bunnies<\/em> for its domestic market, as well as for Portuguese-speaking territories in Africa. The CGI program follows five beaming creatures that can appear anywhere there is a source of light.<\/p>\n<p><em>Sunny Bunnies<\/em> is aimed at 4- to 7-year-olds. It first launched on Disney Channel in Russia and CIS in December. Media I.M. distributes the title.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are excited to have this fun and adventurous animated series on our schedule, delighting and exciting our local audience,\u201d said Joel Williams, the head of programming at Disney Channels Australia &amp; New Zealand.<\/p>\n<p>Maria Ufland, co-founder of Media I.M., said: \u201cIt was clear to us from the moment we met the Sunny Bunnies that they were set to be global stars. They\u2019re sweet, they\u2019re naughty, they have terrific adventures and they\u2019re a force for happiness\u2014what\u2019s not to love? Of course, having Disney on board is a dream for any kids\u2019 brand, but we\u2019re also delighted to have signed our first deal with Canal Panda.
