LONDON: Warner Bros. Consumer Products (WBCP) EMEA has extended its agreement with TCC, which has created new retail loyalty programs featuring some of Warner Bros.’s most popular animated characters.

Among the properties that will lead retail campaigns across the EMEA region are Tom and Jerry, Looney Tunes and Scooby-Doo. The promotional support will include instant rewards programs, redemption rewards schemes and digital consumer games. There will also be “spend and get” offers at supermarkets, hypermarkets, gas stations, convenience stores and DIY and home-improvement outlets.

“TCC is one of the leading experts in retail marketing,” said Paul Bufton, the VP of licensing and business development at Warner Bros Consumer Products EMEA. “Our previous experience of working with TCC has shown the team to be extremely knowledgeable of our brands, and what retail loyalty programs will best work with our properties and their retailers. The programs that they develop are proven to attract new customers, engage customer loyalty and retain the most valuable customers by offering them added value incentives.”

Marco Camisi, the global licensing director of sports and entertainment campaigns at TCC, added: “We are proud to continue our strong and successful relationship with Warner Bros. Consumer Products and look forward to introducing some great new stories and relevant trends at retail through Warner Bros. Consumer Products’s amazing portfolio of characters. As market leaders, we always aim to develop holistic and exciting events that enhance the core DNA of the brands that we work with. We have done this with great success at key European retailers, including Aldi, Auchan, El Arbol, Esselunga, Merkur, Billa, Coop and now look forward to implementing many more impactful campaigns.”
