Voice Cast Revealed for Disney’s DuckTales Reboot

BURBANK: DuckTales, a reimagined version of Disney’s Emmy-winning animated series from the late 1980s, is slated to feature the voices of David Tennant, Danny Pudi, Ben Schwartz and Bobby Moynihan, among others.

Tennant is portraying Scrooge McDuck, while Pudi, Schwartz and Moynihan will serve as the voices of troublemakers Huey, Dewey and Louie, respectively. Other voice cast members on board the animated comedy are Beck Bennett as Launchpad McQuack, Toks Olagundoye as Mrs. Beakley and Kate Micucci as Webby Vanderquack. The Disney Television Animation production is due to debut in summer 2017 on Disney XD channels around the globe.

The new DuckTales will also feature such characters as Donald Duck, Flintheart Glomgold, Gyro Gearloose, Duckworth, Gizmoduck, Magica DeSpell, Gladstone Gander, and Ma Beagle and the Beagle Boys. The show is being executive produced by Annie Award nominee Matt Youngberg (Ben 10: Omniverse). The story editor and co-producer is Francisco Angones (Wander Over Yonder) and the art director is Sean Jimenez (Gravity Falls).
