Twist Animation Launches New Preschool Series

HOLON: Twist Animation, the Israel-based studio behind the YouTube preschool show TuTiTu, is debuting an all-new series titled Nuni via YouTube Kids.

The animated series follows the life of a toddler as she tackles daily issues such as her morning routine and potty training. Nuni faces these situations with her two best friends, a rabbit named Abbit and a giraffe named Effi. Abbit and Effi represent two opposing voices in Nuni’s inner world, with Abbit taking a more impulsive and emotional approach and Effi looking at everything from a rational perspective.

Twist Animation created Nuni as a natural continuation of TuTiTu, which has garnered more than 4 billion views on YouTube.

Greg Dray, the head of YouTube Kids and Learning in EMEA, said, “At YouTube Kids, we’re always looking to give kids and families access to more of the content they love. We’re excited for the continued success of Twist Animation and their newly launched series, Nuni. This series underscores the importance of speaking to children in a way that is fun, creative and relatable.”

Twist Animation’s co-founder, Yossi Dahan, and CEO, Sarit Ido-Schechter, stated, “YouTube Kids has been a tremendous worldwide distribution platform for us. The level of exposure in so many territories has been huge for TuTiTu and we believe it will be an amazing platform for garnering an audience for Nuni as well.”
