TV Kids Festival Sets Panel on Social-Emotional Programming

Atlantyca Entertainment’s Claudia Mazzucco, Acamar Films’ Mikael Shields, Lion Forge Entertainment’s Koyalee Chanda and MIAM! distribution’s Mélanie Errea will take part in a TV Kids Festival panel that will spotlight how shows can foster social-emotional learning. Mazzucco has been the CEO of Atlantyca, which is the rights holder of Geronimo Stilton, since 2007, and oversaw the startup of Atlantyca China. Shields is the CEO and co-founder of Acamar Films, leading the creative team behind Bing. Chanda serves as the senior VP of animation at Lion Forge Entertainment and has earned seven Emmy nominations throughout her career. Errea is the head of sales and acquisitions at MIAM! distribution, managing distribution activity in Europe and America and the company’s acquisitions. Together, they will discuss incorporating social-emotional themes into children’s shows, catering these lessons to different age demographics and more.

These executives join other previously announced speakers: Sky’s Lucy Murphy, WildBrain’s Josh Scherba, PBS KIDS’ Sara DeWitt, Warner Bros. Animation’s Audrey Diehl, Disney Branded Television’s Rick Clodfelter, Warner Bros. Discovery’s Zia Sands, BBC Children’s Anna Taganov and SVT’s Helena Nylander.
