Toon Boom Animation has named Corus Entertainment alum Colin Bohm as its new CEO.

Corus Entertainment's Nelvana has entered into a definitive agreement to sell the animation software company Toon Boom Animation to Integrated Media Company (IMC) for approximately C$147.5 million ($112 million) in cash.

Corus Entertainment’s Nelvana, in partnership with Toon Boom Animation and China’s WeKids, has chosen to proceed into development with Dreamweavers, one of the animation concepts submitted through their China Tales Incubator program.
